This is a permanent opportunity with a salary up to £62,000 per annum plus excellent benefits. The role requires strong leadership skills, knowledge of radiography, and experience in MRI scanning, including cardiac MRI competency.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality imaging services, lead the MRI department, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Manage and train radiographers, contribute to the Senior Management Team, and develop policies and procedures.
  • Chair meetings for the Non-Ionising Radiation User Group and report into the Local Radiation Protection Committee.
  • Maintain knowledge of radiation protection, health and safety regulations, and diagnostic radiography principles.

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent.
  • Possess extensive experience in MRI scanning, including cardiac MRI competency.
