Job Description

The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support to the Director and their team, including managing diaries, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, preparing documents and presentations, organising travel arrangements, and overseeing division-level activities. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and discretion are essential for this role.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage the Director's diary and coordinate meetings
  • Handle correspondence and prepare documents and presentations
  • Organise travel arrangements and oversee division-level activities
  • Provide administrative support to the Director and their team

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Attention to detail and discretion
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant at an Executive level
