Corporate Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Administrator to join our team in the Insolvency and Restructuring department. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in Liquidations or Administrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accompanying the IP to initial meetings and liaising with Solicitors and valuation agents
- Handling employee redundancies and claims, including preparing Section 98 reports and Statement of Affairs
- Performing asset realisations and coordinating trading to enhance realisations
- Preparing statutory documentation, including identification of members and money laundering requirements
- Identifying potential assets and issues to be brought to the Office Holder's attention
- Supervising and coaching of less experienced members of the team
Requirements:
- Our client is looking for individuals with a strong understanding of corporate insolvency and restructuring principles
