Corporate Administrator - Insolvency Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Administrator to join our team in the Insolvency and Restructuring department. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in Liquidations or Administrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accompanying the IP to initial meetings and liaising with Solicitors and valuation agents
  • Handling employee redundancies and claims, including preparing Section 98 reports and Statement of Affairs
  • Performing asset realisations and coordinating trading to enhance realisations
  • Preparing statutory documentation, including identification of members and money laundering requirements
  • Identifying potential assets and issues to be brought to the Office Holder's attention
  • Supervising and coaching of less experienced members of the team

Requirements:

  • Our client is looking for individuals with a strong understanding of corporate insolvency and restructuring principles
