Sr Program Manager - FBA, Marketplace

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the inventory management processes, products, and operations in Mexico. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent project management capabilities, and the ability to work independently to drive process improvements and accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategies to optimize inventory levels, improve supply chain efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to drive business results.
  3. Establish and track key performance indicators to measure the success of initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  5. Operate autonomously, driving forecasts and handling escalations to ensure business goals are met.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
