Job Title: Office Manager and Administrator

STACK Infrastructure is seeking a highly organized and skilled Office Manager and Administrator to join their team in London. This role is responsible for overseeing and managing daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized, efficient, and positive work environment.

About the Role:

  • Oversee and manage daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies inventory, ordering necessary materials, and ensuring timely replenishment.
  • Maintain the UK TravelPerk platform and ensure all new starters are onboarded efficiently.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Manage office equipment and liaise with vendors for repairs, upgrades, and maintenance.
  • Organize and support company events, team-building activities, and holiday parties.
  • Assist with meeting setup, including conference room bookings, catering, and audio-visual needs.
  • Act as a point of contact for staff, addressing their office needs and resolving day-to-day issues.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. The position also offers a competitive benefits package, including mentoring scheme and professional development opportunities.
