Job Title: Regional Account Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Manager to join our team at Brammer Buck & Hickman. As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth within your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow customer spend
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements
* Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication

Requirements:

* Proven sales experience, preferably in a similar industry or role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions
