Senior HR Business Partner Opportunity

MCS Group is thrilled to partner with a multinational manufacturing organisation based in Craigavon, seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Business Partner on a contract basis for 1 year.

The Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving organisational change to meet future business requirements, as well as driving the cultural agenda effectively within a function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide commercially minded HR services that genuinely add value to the business
  • Drive organisational change initiatives and deliver a positive company culture across various teams
  • Support senior stakeholders in driving organisational change to meet future business needs
  • Support succession planning to ensure the development of best talent
  • Enhance employee engagement through various initiatives
Requirements
  • 4+ years' experience working at HR Business Partner / Manager level or above
  • Proven track record of driving organisational change
  • Commercially aware with ability to drive culture agenda effectively
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Degree educated and CIPD qualified
  • Extensive employee relations experience combined with strong legislation knowledge
