Senior HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at MCS Group. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR advice and guidance to senior stakeholders, driving organisational change initiatives, and developing a positive company culture across various teams.
About the Role:- Provide HR generalist support to senior stakeholders, including performance management, employee relations, absence management, recruitment, and disciplinaries.
- Drive organisational change initiatives to meet future business needs, working closely with senior stakeholders to develop and implement change plans.
- Develop and implement a cultural change programme, aligned with the company's vision and values.
- Support succession planning to ensure the development of best talent.
- Enhance employee engagement through various initiatives, acting as a true ambassador for the company values.
- 4+ years' experience working at HR Business Partner/Manager level or above.
- Proven track record of driving organisational change to meet future business needs.
- Commercially aware, with the ability to drive culture agenda effectively.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Degree educated and CIPD qualified.
- Extensive employee relations experience, combined with strong legislation knowledge.
