HR Business Partner Opportunity

MCS Group is thrilled to be partnering with a multinational manufacturing organisation based in the Craigavon area, who require a highly experienced HR Business Partner on a permanent basis.

The Role

The successful HR Business Partner will be commercially minded, interacting with key internal stakeholders at a senior level, ensuring the HR service they provide genuinely adds value to the business.

As the business looks ahead, the HR Business Partner will be crucial in the delivery of organisational change initiatives, driving a positive company culture across various teams.

The HR Business Partner will work closely with the Site Manager, responsible for the overall HR Generalist remit, supporting a large workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide advice and guidance across a range of HR responsibilities, including performance management, employee relations, absence management, recruitment and disciplinaries.
  2. Promote health & safety in the workplace at all times.
  3. Coach senior stakeholders to improve people management competencies, including performance management and challenging accepted norms.
  4. Support senior stakeholders in driving organisational change to meet future business needs.
  5. Support succession planning to develop the best talent.
Requirements

To apply for this outstanding HR Business Partner opportunity, it is essential you possess the following:

  • 3-5 years' experience working at HR Business Partner / Manager level or above.
  • Experience working in a complex environment, ideally unionised.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification - Level 7 would be desirable.
  • Commercially aware.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Extensive employee relations experience.
