Job Summary

Hyster-Yale Materials Handling Inc is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Craigavon, Northern Ireland. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the overall effectiveness and efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic HR support to local management teams, including talent management, employee relations, and HR operations.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives to drive business results, improve employee engagement, and enhance our company culture.
  • Manage and coordinate HR business processes, including recruitment, talent development, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve company goals.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, including employment law, employee relations, and HR policies.

Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant field or equivalent CIPD qualification.
  • 5-7 years' experience in a multi-disciplinary HR environment, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Chartered membership of CIPD.
  • Systems literacy and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of employee relations and legislation.
  • Experience working closely with unions.
