Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled adult care professional to join our team in Dorset. As a Senior Social Services Practitioner, you will be responsible for undertaking strengths-based assessments, support planning, and reviews to help customers achieve their outcomes and promote independence.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and be confident with the legal basis for practice. You will also need to demonstrate a good understanding of relevant legislation.
About the Role
- You will work as part of a busy team, collaborating with other teams within the local authority to deliver high-quality services to our customers.
- You will have opportunities for continuous professional development, including regular reflective supervision and mentoring.

Salary: Estimated salary: £32,640 - £44,624 per annum (dependent on experience).
