Regional Senior Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Regional Senior Sales Assistant to join our team in Inverness. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and contributing to the success of our concession area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized advice and guidance to customers, ensuring they find the perfect products for their needs.
  • Maximize sales within your concession area, utilizing your product knowledge and merchandising skills to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment.
  • Process deliveries, replenish stock, and maintain a high level of visual merchandising to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge, staying up-to-date on feature and benefits to provide expert advice to customers.
