Job Title: Seasonal Sales Assistant

We're looking for a Seasonal Sales Assistant to join our team during the holiday season. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of store standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, and making recommendations to drive sales
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and mobile payments
  • Maintain a high level of store standards, including visual merchandising, stock levels, and store cleanliness
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
  • Participate in visual merchandising and stock replenishment activities to ensure a visually appealing store environment

Requirements:
  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Physical ability to lift and move stock
  • Availability to work during the holiday season (approximately 6-8 weeks)
