About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Partner to join our team at Prodrive. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will play a critical role in driving the commercial performance of our off-road programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and implement commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Lead the development of sales forecasts and budgets, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of commercial performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to analyze financial data and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and manufacturers, ensuring excellent customer service and driving business growth.
  • Provide commercial insights and analysis to inform business decisions, ensuring a data-driven approach to commercial operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a commercial or finance role, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify opportunities for improvement.
