ResponsibilitiesThis position involves several key responsibilities:
- Candidate Acquisition: Attract and identify suitable candidates through effective marketing strategies.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews to assess suitability for roles, utilizing both phone and in-person assessments.
- Competitive Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 (dependent on experience), plus an uncapped commission scheme.
- Generous Holiday Allowance: 27.5 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
