About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Counter Lead to join our team at Tom Ford in Kingston. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for driving sales turnover and market share through exceptional customer service and effective management of store procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximise sales performance by selling, providing excellent service, and maintaining high retail standards.
  • Contribute to operational efficiencies by adhering to store and company guidelines.

Commercial Focus:

• Manage daily replenishment, taking appropriate action when necessary.

• Maximise sales performance by utilising commercial reports before making decisions.

• Plan and deliver visual merchandising layouts, ensuring they meet guidelines and are completed within agreed timescales.

Sales and Service:

• Understand daily and weekly targets.

• Ensure personal awareness of additional sales avenues, including events, omni-channel, and digital channels.

• Keep up-to-date with competitor activities and missed opportunities.

Operations:

• Plan to ensure delivery of excellent standards at all times (product, housekeeping, displays, messaging, pricing).

• Review retail standards daily, ensuring they are maintained to the required standard.

Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
