Educational Specialist for Key Stage 1 SEN

Overview: Teaching Personnel is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join their team as an Educational Specialist for Key Stage 1 students with special educational needs. The ideal candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status, experience in teaching KS1 and/or SEN students, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of young students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing personalized lessons tailored to meet the unique needs of each student
- Developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) that promote academic growth and development
- Collaborating with teaching assistants and external specialists to provide a supportive learning environment
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Experience in teaching KS1 and/or SEN students
- Patient and empathetic approach when working with students
- A passion for making a difference in the lives of young students
Salary and Benefits: This role offers a competitive salary of £32,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus professional development opportunities and a welcoming school environment.
