We are seeking a qualified teacher to work with students who have special educational needs in Key Stage 1. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering personalized lessons that cater to the needs of students with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning challenges.

  • Developing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and monitoring student progress is essential for this role.
  • Collaboration with teaching assistants, SEN support staff, and external specialists is crucial to provide a comprehensive approach to learning.
  • The ideal candidate will create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that promotes emotional and academic growth.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK is required.
  • Previous experience teaching KS1 and/or SEN students is desirable but not essential.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for making a difference in children's lives are essential qualities for this role.
