Clinical Care Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Sanctuary Group. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with them and their families to ensure the best possible outcomes.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a clinical setting and be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council. You will have excellent communication skills, be flexible, and possess a genuine liking for older people and their needs. Job Description:This role involves providing comprehensive, systematic, and accurate nursing assessments of the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. This may include administering medications, managing wounds, and providing support with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
In addition to your clinical skills, you will also play a key role in promoting the well-being of our residents, including supporting their emotional and social needs. This may involve engaging in activities such as reading, puzzles, or simply spending time with residents, helping to create a sense of community and belonging.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You will also need to be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
