Clinical Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at Watermeadow Grange in Topsham, Exeter. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a beautiful care home providing 86 spacious ensuite bedrooms, including a community dedicated to the care of people living with dementia.
The successful candidate will have previous management/supervisory experience and excellent written and oral communication skills, including IT skills. They will also have evidence of recent clinical practice and management and administration of medication competency. Knowledge of the NMC code of Conduct and standards is essential.
As a Registered Nurse with active PIN registration, you will oversee and maintain the care of the residents living at the home, ensuring each resident receives care according to their individual needs. You will also mentor and support team members, ensuring appraisals/training/supervisions are up to date.
