Care Support Worker

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Domiciliary Care Assistant to join our team at Bupa. As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal care duties such as bathing, dressing, and continence care.
- Support residents with mealtime activities, including serving meals and assisting with transfers.
- Help promote mental and physical activity of residents through hobbies and interests.
- Answer emergency calls and work with the Domiciliary Care Manager and external professionals as needed.
- Admin duties, including maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a care or dementia setting (or equivalent qualification).
- Passion for caring for others and respecting people's choices.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
