Job Title: Care Support Worker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Bupa. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.

  • Participate in resident care planning, working collaboratively with the care team to ensure individualized care plans are in place.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in care and support work, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
