About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Richmond Village. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring they receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting, while promoting independence and dignity.
  • Respond to emergency calls and provide support to residents in need, working closely with senior care staff to ensure effective care delivery.
  • Help residents with mobility issues, including transferring and using assistive equipment, and provide support with personal care and hygiene.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, engaging in activities that promote social interaction and well-being.
  • Collaborate with the care team to monitor residents' needs and report any changes or concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
