Job Title: Caregiver Assistant

About Us: Windrush Care is a small, independent and family-owned business based in Cheltenham, providing person-centred care to older people in the area. We offer a competitive hourly wage and benefits package.

Salary: £12.70 per hour (Mon-Fri) and £14.70 per hour (Weekends)

Job Description: As a Caregiver Assistant, you will provide support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life. Your duties may include personal care, light housekeeping, and companionship.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need a genuine desire to care for others, reliable, compassionate, honest and patient. You must also have a driving license and access to a vehicle, and be resident in and around Gloucestershire.

Estimated Salary: Based on an average 20 hours per week, your estimated salary would be approximately £24,000-£30,000 per annum.
