We are working with a prominent confectionary company seeking a Biz Dev Rep for their Brighton and surrounding areas territory. This is a full-time, permanent role that requires a company vehicle and Monday-to-Friday working hours.

About the Position

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for managing your own territory, ensuring all promotional activities are executed correctly, and meeting target achievement goals.

Main Duties
  1. Territory Management: Develop and maintain relationships with grocery multiple clients, focusing on stock management, shelf management, and promotional compliance.
  2. Promotional Activity: Oversee all promotional activities within accounts, including point-of-sale materials and planogram compliance.
  3. Target Achievement: Achieve or surpass added value targets, promotional, and planogram compliance as agreed by the national account team.
  4. Journey Planning: Plan and execute efficient journeys according to call sequences.
  5. Field Sales Administration: Effectively manage administrative tasks related to field sales.
  6. In-Store Visibility: Increase premium visibility in-store through effective relationship building and influencing.

The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, based on industry standards.
