Overview

Salary
£27,700 per annum, plus an additional share of service charge and tips (approximately £3,500 annually).

Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Demi Chef de Partie to support our kitchen team and help colleagues in preparing and serving food in accordance with the hotel's high standards. The ideal candidate will have a natural ability as a chef, outstanding attention to detail, and the ability to work unsupervised and use their own initiative. Strict adherence to all food safety and health & safety procedures is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need experience in a 3 AA Rosettes establishment within a similar position. You must also possess a truly talented chef approach, great passion, and flair for the industry and food. A calm, mature approach, resilient nature, and ability to thrive under pressure are also essential. Dedication, excellent teamwork skills, strong communication skills, and ambition to succeed are highly desirable.
