Working alongside the Executive Head Chef, you will be responsible for developing menus that highlight the best of modern British cuisine, using the finest local produce and showcasing your creativity and flair.

Key responsibilities include leading the kitchen team, contributing to menu creation, and ensuring seamless service delivery. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, a calm and composed nature under pressure, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
