We are seeking an experienced Fleet Operations Manager to join our team at John G MacKintosh. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient operation of our fleet of vehicles.

Job Summary
  • To be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the fleet, ensuring that vehicles are properly maintained, serviced, and available for use.
  • To develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • To monitor and analyse fleet metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fleet management, with experience in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures. You will also possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fleet, ensuring that vehicles are properly maintained, serviced, and available for use.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and analyse fleet metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide training and guidance to ensure staff members adhere to safety regulations and operational standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in fleet management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using fleet management software and tools.
