Job Description:

The successful candidate will assume the Head Chef's responsibilities when absent and be responsible for managing the hot kitchen line. This involves ensuring food is prepared, plated, and served efficiently while maintaining high standards. Menu planning and ordering support may also be required.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the hot kitchen line, ensuring efficient food preparation and serviceAssume Head Chef responsibilities in their absenceSupport menu planning and ordering processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or higher
  • Experience working with similar cuisine
  • Excellent English communication skills and a willingness to learn
  • Able to maintain and follow recipes, processes, and standards
  • Drive and ambition with a desire to learn and grow within the team
