About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our net zero and sustainability services for public and private sector clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing products, growing a business unit, and training and leading a team of net zero specialists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement net zero strategies for clients, including desk reviews, data collection, data analysis, reporting, and providing action plans and recommendations.
  • Apply technical knowledge to develop solutions for clients, including ISO and SECR reporting.
  • Work with clients to deliver insight and inform decision-making, using data to drive meaningful outcomes.
  • Lead a team of net zero specialists, providing training and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality services.
  • Grow a business unit, developing new products and services to meet the needs of clients.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in net zero and sustainability services, with a strong understanding of ISO and SECR reporting.
  • Excellent technical knowledge, with the ability to apply this in a commercial environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with clients and influence decision-making.
  • Ability to process data into meaningful insights, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to train and guide a team of net zero specialists.
