Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

WeConnect Energy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and delivering top-tier talent to our clients in the Energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate suitably qualified candidates across specific disciplines.
  • Manage your own desk and build market expertise.
  • Headhunt for live open vacancies, pre-screen candidates, and conduct reference checks.
  • Ensure database accuracy and efficiency.
  • Complete Candidate Qualification documentation.
  • Submit relevant and fully qualified candidate CVs and shortlists to live open vacancies.
  • Provide candidates with feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle from submission to interview to offer acceptance.
Client Relations:
  • Manage existing client relationships and maximize their potential.
  • Develop new industry relationships and clients through effective business development.
  • Negotiate and agree client contracts.
  • Communicate effectively with HR, Technical Management, and Senior Executives.
  • Maintain working knowledge of client activity and potential recruitment needs.
  • Present data to clients independently.
  • Manage and control the recruitment process from a client perspective.

Skills & Experience:
  • University educated.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment.
