About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our team at WeConnect Energy, a specialist contracting and recruitment organisation focused on the energy industry.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in growing our business through successful placements of technically qualified professionals within the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively generate suitably qualified candidates across specific disciplines, leveraging your network and industry connections.
  • Headhunt for live open vacancies, pre-screening and reference checking candidates when appropriate, ensuring a high level of candidate quality.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and efficient candidate and client databases, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
  • Complete Candidate Qualification documentation and submit relevant and fully qualified candidate CVs and shortlists to live open vacancies upon agreed timeframes.
  • Provide candidates with feedback, successful or not, throughout the recruitment process, maintaining a high level of professionalism and candidate satisfaction.
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle from submission to interview, offer, and acceptance, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Client Relations
  • Manage existing client relationships and maximise their potential across the business, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Business develop to establish new industry relationships, partnerships, and clients, leveraging your sales and negotiation skills.
  • Negotiate and agree client contracts, ensuring a clear understanding of terms and conditions.
  • Communicate effectively with HR/Internal Recruitment points of contact, as well as Technical Management & Senior Executives, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  • Maintain accurate and efficient client databases, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
  • Manage and control the sales recruitment process from a client perspective, from initial job order through to shortlist, interviews, and offer acceptance.
Requirements
  • University educated, with a strong understanding of the energy industry and recruitment processes.
  • Sales experience, with a proven track record of success in a recruitment or sales role.
  • Full clean UK Driving Licence, with a willingness to travel as required.
