About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Energy Efficiency Optimization Specialist to join our team at Unreal Gigs. As an expert in energy efficiency consulting, you will work closely with clients to identify opportunities for reducing energy waste and improving efficiency in buildings, industrial processes, and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate Energy Use and Identify Inefficiencies: Conduct thorough energy audits and assessments to detect areas where energy use can be reduced, including HVAC, lighting, insulation, and equipment systems.
  • Develop and Implement Energy Efficiency Strategies: Create customized plans that outline steps for improving energy performance, including equipment upgrades, operational changes, and renewable energy integration.
  • Optimize Systems for Maximum Efficiency: Assess and design optimized solutions for HVAC, lighting, and electrical systems to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Analyze Energy Data and Identify Savings Opportunities: Use data analysis to monitor energy use patterns and benchmark performance against industry standards.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Energy-Efficient Technologies and Regulations: Maintain knowledge of the latest advancements in energy-efficient technologies, building codes, and regulatory standards.
  • Present Findings and Recommendations: Prepare detailed reports summarizing audit findings, recommended strategies, and potential energy and cost savings.

Requirements:

  • Energy Efficiency Expertise: Strong experience in energy audits, systems optimization, and efficiency strategies.
  • Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in data analysis for energy monitoring, with experience using tools like Excel or energy management software.
  • Knowledge of Energy Standards and Regulations: Familiarity with energy efficiency standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Project Management and Implementation: Experience managing projects from audit through implementation, including tracking progress and ensuring successful completion of energy efficiency upgrades.
  • Communication and Client Engagement: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to clients.
