About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Advisor to join our Retail Marketing team. As a Product Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and promoting brand advocacy within designated retail environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Knowledge and Training: Provide expert product knowledge and training to sales advisors, general managers, and regional managers within assigned retail locations.
  • Merchandising and Display Management: Merchandise SumUp displays to ensure they are visually appealing, fully stocked, and operational at all times.
  • Sales and Business Development: Organize and participate in physical sales events to promote the products and increase market share.
  • Customer Service and Support: Provide excellent customer service and support to retail staff to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with the products.
  • Training and Development: Create training content for merchandising team, retailers, and events.
  • Market Insights and Analysis: Monitor and report on retail and consumer insights to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, team management, retail, or product advisory roles.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with retail staff and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Technology and Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
About You
  • Technology Experience: Technology experience preferred and an interest in Technology is a must.
  • Customer Service and Team Management: Previous experience in customer service and team management.
  • Problem-Solving and Creativity: Be creative when faced with challenges and sharing best practice with peers.
  • Computer Literacy: Computer literacy (ability to comfortably navigate in multiple technology applications).
