Job Title: Operational Due Diligence Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operational Due Diligence Manager to join our team at JTC Group. As a key member of our operational due diligence team, you will be responsible for reviewing operational due diligence questionnaires, service provider reviews, and completing client reports across a range of fund strategies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform or assist with ODD reviews by issuing appropriate Manager and Fund questionnaires to target investment managers and funds on behalf of clients.
  • Qualitatively assess operational risks across manager operations, staff, systems, information technology, compliance, and service providers.
  • Contribute to ad hoc business initiatives, including client pitches when required.
  • Maintain team documentation and assist in policy creation.
  • Professional qualifications, such as CAIA, ACCA, or ACA, are a significant benefit.
  • Fully competent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and O365.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
