Role Description:

Austin Fraser is recruiting for an experienced Adult Education Instructor to deliver high-quality lessons to international students at level 3. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Adult Health Care education and be able to create engaging and inclusive learning environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To teach, assess, and mark student work to ensure high standards are met
  • To develop and deliver academic subject-specific modules to meet the needs of international students
  • To provide academic support and guidance to students throughout their modules
  • To maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements:

  • A recognized Adult Education qualification or Assessor qualification (e.g., CAVA)
  • PTLLS/DTLLS/Cert Ed/PGCE qualification or willingness to work towards one

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £30,000 - £34,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications
  • Annual leave entitlement of 5.6 weeks per annum, including public holidays
  • Pension scheme and free parking
