Construction Manager

Seeking a Construction Manager to lead projects between c£15m-c£40m+ within a developed sector. The ideal candidate will have a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing projects autonomously, working closely with clients, and leading a team that undertakes full quantity surveying/cost management/employer's agent duties.
We offer a competitive salary package including a basic salary of £75k (c£65k-£80k) plus benefits such as a structured bonus scheme and opportunities for career growth and development.
