Nurse Practitioner - Renal Services
About the Role:Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an experienced nurse practitioner to join our renal services team. As a nurse practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering holistic care to patients with chronic kidney disease or acute kidney injury, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances
- Administer medications and perform dialysis procedures, maintaining accurate records of patient care and treatment
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any concerns to medical staff, ensuring timely interventions and optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between different stages of treatment
