Nursing Leadership Role in Mental Health

This leadership role offers a salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum and presents a fantastic opportunity for a skilled nurse to take on a new challenge. As Clinical Lead Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of clinicians and overseeing the delivery of mental health services to children and young people.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced nursing professional who can lead our team in delivering high-quality services that make a real difference to the lives of children and young people. You will be responsible for supervising clinicians, developing and implementing new services, and working closely with other agencies to achieve maximum impact.

Key Requirements
  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience in a mental health setting.
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and remotely as required.

The successful candidate will be a natural leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to motivate and inspire a team of clinicians to deliver outstanding services.
