Job Title: Registered Nurse RMN

Cygnet Health Care, a leading provider of specialist mental health services, is seeking a confident and passionate registered Nurse RMN to deliver outstanding care on an ad hoc basis. Working a mixture of days and nights at Cygnet Brunel in Bristol, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals affected by Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) or Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce detailed written reports based on your nursing assessments and observations
  • Collaborate with our management team to develop and improve quality
  • Attend training sessions and engage in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) to further your knowledge and promote best practices in nursing
  • Under NMC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete and maintained collectively with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals
  • Administer prescribed medicines with Healthcare Procedure and Commission guidelines

Your Role

An experienced RMN with a current Pin Number, you have:

  • The ability to maintain accurate documentation, undertake audits, and demonstrate integrity in your role
  • A good understanding of the latest nursing practices
  • A commitment to patient recovery to effectively monitor, manage, and reduce risk
  • Compassion, resilience, and a dedication to empowering and supporting service user independence
Salary Range:

£35,000 - £40,000 per annum
