Service Desk Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Shared Services Connected Ltd. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving technical issues, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve technical issues and escalate complex problems to senior technicians
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Document and track incidents, problems, and service requests
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working in a help desk environment
  • Knowledge of service desk systems and associated tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • SC Clearance – as a minimum, must be eligible for DV clearance
