Neonatal Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Neonatal Nurse Specialist to join our dynamic team at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. As a key member of our Neonatal Unit, you will provide high-quality care and support to babies requiring all levels of care and their families from admission to discharge home.
About the Role:- Provide expert care and support to neonates and their families in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team, including doctors, community nurses, and allied health professionals, to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Participate in training and management of the Neonatal team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively with families, carers, and other stakeholders to ensure informed decision-making and optimal outcomes.

- Neonatal Intensive Care and High Dependency Course or equivalent.
- Evidence of continuing professional development.
- Significant and relevant experience at band 6 level in a neonatal unit.
- Level 3 safeguarding of adults and children.
- A knowledge of professional procedures and policies.
- Knowledge of clinical governance and staff development.
- Complaints management.
- Emergency planning.
