Job Title: Neonatal Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Neonatal Nurse to join our team at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. As a Neonatal Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to newborn babies and their families in our Neonatal Unit.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized patient care to newborn babies and their families
  • Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in education and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse (Child or Adult) or Registered Midwife qualification
  • ENB 405 or equivalent qualification
  • MSPP or equivalent qualification
  • Advanced Neonatal Life Support certification
  • Child Protection Training certification
  • Significant experience in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
