Responsibilities
- Full conduct of your own litigated caseload, including both fast-track and multi-track credit hire claims.
- Handling cases from inception to conclusion, ensuring high-quality client care throughout.
- Managing deadlines effectively while maintaining compliance with legal protocols.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documentation and liaising with clients, insurers, and third parties.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing a litigated credit hire caseload.
- Strong understanding of credit hire litigation, including fast and multi-track claims.
