Business Development Representative

We are working with a well-established global company to recruit a Sales Executive for their Brighton-based team. This hybrid role offers the perfect blend of remote and in-office work, with a competitive salary and uncapped commission potential.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of building long-term relationships with clients. They should be able to sell in a consultative way, possess strong sales and business development skills, and excel at identifying new opportunities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role.
- The successful candidate will spend approximately 80% of their time focusing on new business development, acquiring new customers, and generating leads.
