Compassionate Care Leader for Norwich Senior Care Community

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to lead our team at Cromwell House, a purpose-built care home in Norwich.
Job Summary:
- Provide exceptional care to our residents with dignity and respect.
- Lead, motivate, and guide a team of care assistants to deliver outstanding care services.
- Assist residents with personal care needs, medication administration, and maintain accurate records.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A genuine passion for caring for older individuals.
- Previous experience in care, preferably with an NVQ level 2 or equivalent in health and social care.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
