Community Dental Services CIC is an award-winning employee-owned social enterprise that provides high-quality community dental services across east and central England. We are looking for a Senior Dental Officer to join our team at Norwich Thorpe Health Centre and Thetford Healthy Living Centre.

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled clinician who shares our values and is passionate about delivering care to those most in need. As a Senior Dental Officer, you will provide dental care and advice to patients from community groups, including those with additional needs. Your responsibilities will include preventive care, dental treatment, and epidemiological field work. You may also be required to work at other locations, such as local hospitals, to support our client group.

Main Responsibilities
Deliver dental care and advice to patients and their carers from community groups, including those with additional needs.
Provide preventive care, dental treatment, and epidemiological field work.
Work at multiple locations, including Norwich Thorpe Health Centre, Thetford Healthy Living Centre, and other clinics in Norfolk.
Mentor and train junior staff members to develop their skills and career progression opportunities within the company.

Requirements
You must be GDC registered and have an active NHS performer number.
A strong understanding of community dentistry and its challenges is essential for success in this role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively collaborate with patients, colleagues, and external partners.
