New Ventures Recruitment is proud to offer this exciting opportunity for an HR professional to join our esteemed client as an Employee Relations Specialist in the Chester region. This role offers a unique blend of office-based and flexible work arrangements.
The successful candidate will be a seasoned HR expert with a proven track record of managing complex HR cases, and a deep understanding of UK employment law and its implications for employers.
Role Overview- Provide strategic HR guidance to managers at all levels, focusing on case management and commercial acumen.
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to drive business objectives and ensure effective communication.
- Manage complex HR cases from inception to resolution, ensuring compliance with company policies and legislation.
- Collaborate with the HR team to maintain accurate records and drive cases to conclusion.
- Coach managers in people management skills, including communication, decision-making, fairness, and consistency.
- Proven track record of managing complex HR cases.
- Effective communication with people at all levels.
- Experience in providing HR risk-based solutions to difficult issues.
- Ability to work flexibly in an agile environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Estimated salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum.
