Asbestos Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Asbestos Supervisor to lead our licensed Asbestos Section. The successful candidate will have a strong background in asbestos removal and management, with a proven track record of ensuring safe working practices and delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a skilled team of asbestos operatives, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and implement plans of work, risk assessments, and method statements to ensure compliance with current regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct site assessments to identify hazards and develop strategies to mitigate risks, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project objectives, promoting a culture of teamwork and open communication.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in asbestos removal and management, with a strong understanding of current regulations and industry standards.
- Proven track record of leading teams and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and participate in a call-out rota for emergency situations.
- Full current driving license and access to a car.
