We are seeking an experienced Asbestos Supervisor to join our fully licensed Asbestos Section at City Building. The successful candidate will have a strong background in asbestos removal and management, with a proven track record of leading teams and ensuring safe working practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a skilled team of asbestos operatives, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement plans of work, risk assessments, and method statements to ensure compliance with current regulations and guidelines.
  • Conduct site assessments to identify hazards and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Ensure all team members adhere to Health & Safety procedures and instructions, promoting a culture of safety and well-being.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality results.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in asbestos removal and management.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and ensuring safe working practices.
  • Strong knowledge of current asbestos regulations and guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and participate in a call-out rota for emergency situations.
